These copper pad stickers are used to replace missing pads on mobile device logic boards. We have tried them and really like how they work compared to other solutions.
You need to use solder paste or wire to tin the exposed torn trace, then adhere the copper pad with hot air. Secure with some UV "green" mask and then solder as normal.
